Packing bag for the hospital: with guidebooks, ipod, toiletries, baby diapers and going home clothes, and mummy's nighties and clothes. Did I miss anything out?
Today is my third day of my 12 weeks maternity leave, and I'm already bored stiff at home, spending most of the time just waiting. Having carried baby for full term now (at 38 weeks), and with baby at 3.1 kg and with her head already settled into my pelvic area, its really anytime now! Doctor can't tell when it will be though, he just says let God decide when baby wants to come out.
So everyday I'm jiggling my tummy asking baby when she's ready to see the world. And every night I'm dreaming that baby is already born. This anticipation makes me a little gan cheong; I'm waking up really early in the morning (around 5am) and I'm being very sensitive to any slight discomfort.
Regardless of it all, I hope my baby comes into this world safe and healthy. Can't wait to meet you!

Oh dear me! & stuck @ home in the middle of Great HK Sale?!!! God forbid! Hehee...I can see that you are REALLY prepared....don't forget the undies...very important, get the real tight ones that goes all the way up to your belly button so that your tummy doesn't show. It will tuck in nicely with your loose skin smoothen out. Trust me. U will need it. Anyway, WE can't wait for your little one to come out too. Been poring over the names until I also peng san. Do immediately call when you are ENTERING labour ok? Take care dearie.
