I've been warning my parents about my tiny house so they were not surprised by the size. In fact they felt that the house is better than they expected, not that tiny after all, very nice and neat. All the cleaning up paid off :)

Pa had the foresight of changing their flight to an earlier one, so we caught the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics. Glad we managed to catch it; it was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The best I've seen; colourful, exciting and grand.

The best must be the torch pass where final torch-bearer "Prince of Gymnastics" Li Ning did a mid-air "run" around the bird's nest stadium before the spectacular light up of the Olympic torch. Breath-taking.
Well done Beijing! Go Go China!!
